  • What services do you offer?

We provide mobile notary services, loan signing services, real estate closings, medical document notarization, and general document notarization for individuals and businesses.

  • Do you go to jails, prisons, or correctional facilities?

Yes. We provide notary services at jails, prisons, and detention facilities. Just so you know, these appointments often require additional coordination with facility staff and may include extra time or travel fees. All signers must have proper identification as required by the facility.

  • Are you a mobile notary?

Yes. We travel to your home, workplace, hospital, or any agreed-upon location for your convenience. We also offer In-Office visits Monday - Sunday, 7:00 AM -8:30 PM (appointment is required, no walk-in service available)

  • What areas do you serve?

Pueblo, Fremont, Huerfano, Custer, Crowley, Otero, Prowers, and El Paso counties. Services outside this area may be subject to additional fees.

  • Do you offer same-day appointments?

Yes, we regularly offer same-day appointments based on availability.

  • Do you offer after-hours appointments?

Yes. Appointments outside our standard hours (7:00 AM – 8:30 PM) are available for an additional $15 after-hours fee.

  • How do I book an appointment?

You can book through our website, call us, or send a message. Once an appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive instructions to help you prepare.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    No. All services rendered are non-refundable.

  • What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

    Cancellations and rescheduling should be made as early as possible. Once travel has begun, the full fee is due.

  • Are you certified and insured?

    Yes. Our notaries are background screened, trained, certified, and fully insured.

  • Can you explain THE documents during the signing?

    We can describe the purpose of each document, but we cannot give legal or financial advice.

  • Do you offer scanbacks or document drop-off?

    Yes. Scanbacks and courier services to FedEx, UPS, or the post office are available upon request.
